Hello, I am a fully qualified Integrative Counsellor, a Registered Member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists and an Accredited Member of the National Counselling Society. I also have a degree in Psychology and Literature and a Master of Reiki Healing. DBS checked, trustworthy, ethical, confidential. I feel that counselling is closely related to Spiritual Healing. The experience of two people, working together towards the common goal of understanding and feeling better, helps to build an atmosphere of healing.
I had no idea that something as simple as talking could have such big change on how I feel.

What are your fees?
£40.00 per hour, payable in advance of the session either direct to my bank account or Paypal. I also accept cash for face to face sessions.
How many sessions do I need?
As many or few as you feel. Often people have six sessions, for a current issue or problem. Historical, emotional issues can take longer to uncover, look at, process, people have as many as 10, 20, 30 sessions, or as many as you need until you feel better. You are also free to dip in and out of counselling as you see fit, one session here or there throughout the year, to touch base. Whatever you need. Communication is the key to successfully navigating the client/counsellor expectations. Talking about all aspects of your counselling experience to put you in charge of the decisions around how many sessions you have.

Do you offer online counselling?
I do now. Covid-19 bought many challenges for everyone and although I find that you can't beat face to face, in person counselling, online counselling is very effective in helping people who have now grown used to chatting behind a screen. I use zoom to offer online sessions.
