Service Description

Face to face or online via Zoom, person centred therapy. Simply talking to a professional listener has the effect of helping you to feel better. Based on the teachings of Carl Rogers, offering Unconditional Positive Regard and Respect, in a Non-Judgemental, purely confidential setting, helps to ease the burdens of life. This was true in the 1950s and it is still true in the 21st Century.
