Cognitive Behavioural Therapy can offer fast paced change in behaviours. Recognising our thought patterns and learning to replace them with more helpful ways of Thinking does help us to feel better. Each person can change their thoughts themselves, having a CBT Professional by your side as you look at what you are thinking, can help you to uncover beliefs which are not helpful and not needed. Thoughts which go unchallenged and you keep thinking, become beliefs, once you start believing things which are no longer useful for you, it can really help to have a third party unravel thoughts with you. Sometimes all it takes is a little help from someone else to improve our mental wellbeing and help us to see situations and circumstances clearly.
